Since I hadn't prepared the gingerbread dough, we made some shortbread instead. Since Matt & Misuzu came over for dinner, they got involved in finishing up the baking as well!
We did aeroplanes, moose, kiwi birds, julbockar, stars, hearts and many other things!
Today I'm going to get some saffron so that we can make the traditional lucia bread, and also set the gingerbread dough. I tried it for the first time last year, and it wasn't as hard as I thought, so will try it again this year!
