The Swedish summer evenings are really special. On one hand it's a bit difficult to get the kids in bed here, since it doesn't go dark until very, very late ("but Mummy, it's not bedtime - see, it's not dark!!"); on the other hand, I really enjoy the light evenings myself. Today I was out walking between 8-9 in the evening! Bliss!

Along the road
I've been out now three out of four days on my vacation, walking/jogging the country road by my parents house. Even though I don't have much choice in routes - it's either turn to the left or to the right, it's really enjoyable. I love breathing the fresh, forest air; not sweat instantly I put my feet outside; listen to the birds and the insects while I walk and admire the green summer fields I walk along.
