WOD

I had mixed feelings about CrossFit this morning. Since I was away in Bangkok and then Singapore, I missed the last couple of times and you quickly get out of habit. It had now been so long that I was dreading it a bit, fearing it a bit more - but also looking forward to it so much!

Today's WOD, followed by 3 RFT of 10 leg lifts and 10 Russian twists, and finished with a round of Tabata in the plank..!



I'm going to feel this tomorrow...
