A Singapore Christmas Story - Day 3

Our last day in Singapore, for this time, started with a short walk down to the condo playground, to play, and to feed the fish and turtles in the pond.

Misuzu and I enjoyed a coffee break and even got pretty flowers from our kids!

When it was time to go, Luca was enjoying some help from his big friends:

We went for lunch at Marine Parade as we had sort of promised the kids McDonalds...

Also, there was still some last Christmas presents to be sought for, and it's always easier to shop where you know how to navigate around. Marine Parade is a perfect sized mall that has most things. Here outside the Lego shop:

We then had decided to go to a water park for the afternoon, all the way out in the Jurong area. Only to discover when we got there that the info we had found on the internet wasn't up to date, and the water park was closed on Mondays... bummer. So, we had to turn around and go all the way back to Bayshore Park. The kids went for a quick swim in the condo pool instead, before it was time to pack up and go to the airport.

We had such a lovely Christmas time in Singapore with our friends. It was so nice to get to see each other properly and be able to play, chat and catch up for a bit longer. We really miss our Roses in our daily life in Brunei - Thank you for having us and hopefully see you soon again!
