Latest accident

The other day Lucas scared us a bit while we were shopping in the big store. We have told him so many times not to play by the escalators - but it seems like at this age, they need to learn by doing, not listening...

Poor Lucas, he got caught with his hand somehow by the handle of the escalator. It all happened very quickly, and luckily he got his hand loose by himself before we even got to him.
He got a big burn on his hand, from the friction - but most of all I think that he got really, really frightened.



We are glad that it wasn't more serious than this (it only takes a second of looking in another direction), and we are hoping at least he learned his lesson and wont be playing by any escalators anymore!
